Meet the Team

Phoebe
Speech Pathologist
Phoebe graduated from the University of Sydney with a Masters in Speech Language Pathology, after having worked in various other roles. In early 2025, she relocated from Wollongong, swapping the ocean for the mighty Murrumbidgee.
Phoebe’s areas of interest include speech sound development, early language, pre-literacy and supporting children with diverse communication needs. She enjoys working with families and educators to support children’s communication. She is also keen to further develop her skills in complex speech and orofacial myology.
Outside of work, Phoebe enjoys travelling, reading, coffee, and spending time with her family.

Molly
Speech Pathologist
Molly completed her speech pathology degree at Charles Sturt University. She is particularly interested in working with teenagers to develop social skills, trauma informed care, and neuro-affirming practice. She also enjoys adult dysphagia management, and Alternative Augmentative Communication.
Molly is interested in learning more about Language Acquisition Through Motor Planning (LAMP), and developmental trauma.
When she is not at work, Molly is a queen at the sewing machine, loves hanging out with her dogs, and contributing to her local community. Molly is a vibe in the office, and her favourite word is ‘slay’.

Taylah
Speech Pathologist
Taylah has a Bachelor of Speech Pathology, and has completed post graduate training in LAMP, Hanen and Responsive Feeding. Taylah has also become an accredited orofacial myologist.
Taylah will be leading with way with the paediatric caseload at CHM, and is particularly interested in complex speech and language, disability and paediatric feeding. She loves interacting with babies and toddlers, engaging in play-based therapy, and supporting families to deliver home based therapy.
Outside of work, Taylah loves doing Pilates and going for her daily walk, cooking, and reading a good book. Taylah’s special party trick is that she can lick her own elbow (seriously, we’ve seen it).

Lucy
Speech Pathologist
Lucy has experience working across a range of settings, including private practice, non-government organisations and primary schools. She has a strong interest in working with paediatric clients and their families in rural areas and is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence based, accessible speech pathology services to these communities.
Lucy has completed training in several programs, including SOS Approach to Feeding, Hanen It Takes Two to Talk, Augmentative and alternative communication programs, Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing, the Nuffield Dyspraxia Programme, and Rapid Syllable Transition Training. These programs support her work with children who have language, speech sound and feeding goals.Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time with her children, family and friends.

Bella
Speech Pathologist
Isabella graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Speech and Language Pathology. She comes from a background of working in the adult disability space and is keen to transfer her skills over to the paediatric space.
Isabella is passionate about supporting people achieve their functional communication goals. She has a special interest in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), language therapy and cognitive communication skills.
Outside of work you will find Isabella traveling, sewing or reading a thriller book.

Bec
Speech Pathologist
Meet Bec, a speech pathologist at CHM and a driving force behind our student placement program. She is trained in multiple Hanen programs, SOS and Responsive Feeding, LAMP, and orofacial myology; working across both adult and paediatric caseloads.
Bec has extensive experience supporting people with complex disability, and a passion for high-tech AAC, feeding, and complex communication needs.Bec loves working with babies and toddlers through play-based therapy, empowering children to communicate in ways that work for them, while supporting families with practical strategies for busy routines. Outside of work, she enjoys brunch, shopping, weekend getaways- and always has a coffee in hand!

Tayla
Physiotherapist
At CHM, Tayla provides individualised, evidence-based physiotherapy for children from birth to 16, with a strong focus on movement quality, physical development, and participation in sport and everyday life. She works with children and young adults who want to move better, feel stronger, and participate more confidently — whether that’s keeping up at school, returning to sport, or managing pain and injury as their bodies grow and change.
Tayla has a strong clinical interest in treating performing arts athletes, gymnasts, aerial athletes (silks, lyra, acrobatics and cheer) and dancers.
Mel
Occupational Therapist
Mel has worked as an OT for 20+ years, and has worked within the NDIS since its inception.
Mel’s experience enables her to view clients holistically - she values multidisciplinary team work and the opportunity to collaborate with other disciplines to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.In her spare time Mel loves listening to true crime podcasts and enjoying her garden with her partner and pet dog Katie. She hopes to one day make the trek to Mt Everest base camp (very unlikely she will get any higher than that!).

Michael
Psychologist
Michael is CHM’s psychologist. Michael has a Bachelor of Psychology, Masters in Health Services Management, and a Diploma in Adolescent Mental Health.
Michael is particularly interested in counselling services for adolescents and adults, focusing on worry and general anxiety, depression and mood issues, life transitions, and drug and alcohol counselling. Michael is working towards expanding his skills in the paediatric field.Michael has three amazing daughters, who he freely admits have a great deal more talent than him. It is their biggest fear to see their dad dance in front of their friends. Michael loves history and all things boats, and has not yet given up his lifelong dream of becoming the opening batsman for the Australian cricket team.

Bianca
Allied Health Assistant
Bianca is an Allied Health Assistant with CHM and is currently studying a Bachelor of Speech Pathology. She is passionate about working with children and enjoys supporting them to build their skills and confidence. Bianca loves creating fun and engaging therapy sessions and enjoys developing resources that help children work towards their goals. She is excited to continue building her knowledge and practical experience as she works towards becoming a Speech Pathologist.
Outside of work and study, Bianca enjoys hosting dinners for friends, cooking, and spending time in the garden.

Maggie
Allied Health Assistant
Maggie has recently completed her Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, and is particularly interested in paediatric speech and language. Maggie is a pro at delivering programs developed by our clinicians, developing resources, and managing the never-ending requests from the Speech Pathology team.
Maggie is keen to expand her understanding of complex disability, and physiotherapy service provision.Outside work, Maggie enjoys dancing, socialising with friends, and avoiding her three sisters. Maggie can dislocate her own shoulder, which she acknowledges has no real benefit (and would probably terrify CHM's physio), but is a pretty cool trick.

Jodie
Allied Health Assistant
Jodie has worked as an Allied Health Assistant for around 6 years with a multi disciplinary team. Jodie became an AHA to support families and make a difference in the everyday lives of her clients. She enjoys working with clients throughout the lifespan, and has a particular focus on improving independence and inclusivity.
Jodie is also an office powerhouse, and makes sure CHM’s clinical administration ticks over seamlessly. She’s also the go-to staff member to ensure a space is organised perfectly!When she’s not at work, Jodie enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, cooking, and Pilates.

Charli
Administration Coordinator
Charli is CHM’s powerhouse administration coordinator, the face you will see as you walk through the door of CHM. With a background in agriculture and real estate, Charli made the change to a more person-focused profession. She is sweet, funny and gets on well with everyone. Charli assists with all-things-admin, ensuring the office stays up and running.
When she’s not at work, Charli can often be found singing and playing her guitar at various venues around the Riverina. She also enjoys attending music festivals, hanging out with her partner, and playing with their dogs, Joe and Keith.
Kat
Clinical Director
Kat is our clinical lead and also a practicing speech pathologist. She has additional qualifications in orofacial myology and lactation support and would describe herself as a dinosaur if you asked how long she had been working. Kat has specialist skills in dysphagia management, including credentialling in fibre-endoscopic evaluation of swallow (FEES) and has a background in the management of complex dysphagia management across populations.
Outside of work, Kat enjoys spending time with her three kids and husband as well as their new pup, Popcorn. She also loves a good book.

Einasleigh
Managing Director
Einasleigh is across all things administration at CHM and is also a practicing speech pathologist, working primarily with adult populations. She has additional qualifications in FEES, orofacial myology, specialist Parkinson’s programs and lactation support.
In her spare time, Einasleigh enjoys spending time with her family, drinking coffee and eating good food.
